Biography
Clémence began her career in 1995 and has since worked in various IP consulting companies and within a large chemical group. Clémence joined the firm ATOUT PI LAPLACE- Vidon group in February 2020.
Her areas of expertise are Trademarks, Designs and Domain Names, from availability searches to obtaining and defending rights.
In more detail she has particular expertise with the fields of cosmetics, personal care products, spirits, fashion (ready-to-wear) and banking. Clémence also accompanies a young group specialized in high jewelry.
Besides, she works with clients in a range of industries and has gained experience in the areas of electronics, calorimetry, metrology and remote data collection (from meters or sensors). She regularly works in collaboration with lawyers and bailiffs in the context of infringement and unfair competition litigation.
She has also set up customs surveillance procedures in France and the European Union for various clients.
Clémence has also skills in the defense of domain names, including administrative proceedings, such as the UDRP/SYRELI.
