Biography
Frédérique worked for 26 years for IBM Corporation, including 17 years of IP practice as European Patent Attorney. She developed and managed a European patent portfolio and had to deal with inventors from different countries.
Frédérique joined the office in 2011. She acts in all proceedings before patent offices in French and English. Frédérique developed a deep expertise and know-how in the computer implemented software inventions and in the IP protection of proprietary and open source software developments.
From her initial practice as a developer and inventor in microelectronic R&D, Frédérique has developed an extensive understanding of priorities management in technical projects.
She knows how to settle a favorable environment to promote and grow innovation, having implemented educational programs for large inventors communities.
Frédérique has developed expertise in handling inventions with technology transfer companies and her deep experience allows her to better understand clients’ needs
