Biography:

Ghislain has close to twenty years of experience in industrial property, gained within leading firms across cutting-edge fields: electronics, computer science, software, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, telecommunications, optics, mechanics and bioinformatics.

He has developed an analytical framework that systematically combines intellectual property and cybersecurity, enabling him to identify risks that single-discipline specialists do not perceive in isolation. This framework has been applied in depth to artificial intelligence for several years.

He teaches at doctoral-school and master’s level (Toulouse Business School, Université Toulouse Capitole), acts as a trainer for the European Patent Office’s Modular IP Education Framework (MIPEF) and for IEEPI, and serves as an expert evaluator for the Horizon Europe programme. He advises intellectual property firms, legal departments, innovation departments and Chief Information Security Officers (CISO
