Biography
After completing internships as a private search agent and as an operational coordinator with French customs on customs detentions, Marie began her career in 2013 with Marks & Clerk France (which became ATOUT PI LAPLACE in 2022). Since then, she has acquired solid expertise in trademark law, from availability searches to obtaining and defending rights. She also has considerable expertise in customs detention procedures, which she handles in France for a major US company in the electronics sector. Marie has experience in the ready-to-wear, sports and entertainment, AI/robotics, defense, automotive and electronics sectors. Today, she mainly assists foreign clients in defending their rights on French territory.
